It’s been centuries since the Church in the Western world has experienced the kind of pressure we’re facing today. It’s been about that long since we’ve been so blessed by God with reasons for confidence in Christianity.
Through Ratio Christi, I’m working to equip students and the broader Church with strength to stand.
I want to ask you a particular favor today. You know about my writing, my beliefs, and my passions through this blog. You might not know about the rest of it, which is explained and updated here. As a leader in Ratio Christi, my salary is paid through the support of people like you who recognize the importance of apologetic ministry and want to have a part in it.
I have a special need today.
It’s the end of the summer, which over years of ministry with Ratio Christi and also with Cru has historically been our slowest period. We are literally not getting enough income to cover normal family expenses, much less the additional work of ministry leadership.
So today I’m asking if you would prayerfully consider contributing $50, $100, $250, or even $1,000 to the leadership of a ministry that’s making a long-term difference in the lives of students. You can make your secure online contribution here.
It’s a great time to contribute to apologetics ministry!
That’s not only because the need for equipping is great, and not only because the opportunity is great, but also because it’s a point in time when your contribution would help more than ever.
P.S. Beyond the work we’re doing in Ratio Christi with students, I’m involved in another initiative combining the efforts of multiple apologetics organizations. It will be a few more months before I can say more about that–but then you’ll be hearing a lot about it.
