Postscript on the Church Koran-sign controversy
What may come of our
actions...
He has apologized
for it, but he probably was also very surprised at the worldwide attention it
received, from his obscure town in North Carolina. I'm speaking of the pastor
who placed
a sign in front of his church that was very demeaning to the Koran.
It's another indicator of the global community we now share. Dr. Anthony McRoy warns that a sign like this may have caused needless suffering among Christians in far corners of the world.
It's also a reminder always to speak the truth in love, and to be wise.
