Opportunity Overload

It's a great thing: I have tremendous things going on now in my ministry work and in various writing projects. It's (almost) all the kind of work I can really get excited about doing--helping ministries and churches be more effective. But it's requiring me to make priority decisions the likes of which I haven't faced in a while.

What it means here on this blog is that I have had to leave some commitments unfulfilled for longer than I expected. There are at least three, maybe more topics I've said I was going to pick up on, for which I haven't had time (responding to a comment here, exploring Christianity and rationality here, and examining some specific challenges to Christianity here and here). My interest in these things hasn't slipped, but they all take focused attention I haven't had time to give to them.

So for now I'm keeping them in mind, and trying to avoid getting anything else started here other than quick, easy stuff like my last couple of posts. I plan to keep those commitments I made, just at a slower pace than I had expected.
