Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving for those in the U.S.

Charlie reminded us that we're behind the times compared to Canada. But he was very gracious about it .

I could spend the morning writing what I'm thankful for. I'm not sure how to escape the clichés--but maybe it just doesn't matter this time. I'm just really thankful for Jesus Christ and for his word; for my wife and family, the family I grew up in, for health and safety (even after a year that included sickness and injury), for a home to live in, and for a chance to share. I'm thankful for a personal relationship with One to whom I can express my thanks, by his grace.

It's a family day, not a blog day; and if I kept going I'd bore you, so I'll leave it at that.

Have a great day!
