Up and Running Again!

After more than 24 hours of downtime this week, this website is up and running again, on a new web host. For the next day or two its temporary address is

The normal access address has been restored now.

This is only a temporary address; you need not bookmark it permanently. It will be accessible at the normal address by Tuesday at the latest.

Until then, RSS feed addresses are also temporarily changed. See the sidebar for those addresses.

It’s possible that one or two comments posted yesterday (4 July) have been lost. I regret to say I don’t have a way to recover them.

For some unexplained reason, on my computer at least, it wants to jump to the bottom whenever I open a new page. I’m working on that. Fixed.
