Given the malignance of the ID'er slander against him, it was quite classy and restrained for PZ to merely point out that they were historically illiterate liars and crypto- Holocaust deniers. Seriously, what would you expect from him, a "thank you"? An "I disagree but will defend to the death your right to slander me" blah-de-blah?
