		<description>The title John the Baptist used to recognize Christ was the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.

We focus on Christ as Lord or Christ as man but there's also Christ as sacrifice.

It is of supreme irony that the sacrifices man made to God foreshadowed the sacrifice that God would make for man.</description>
